Terms of service

These terms apply to Roadmap & Capacity, available at www.thesupercraft.com (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Questions: admin@thesupercraft.com.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account. The operator may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Plans and trial

New accounts start on the Standard plan as a trial. The features and limits of each plan may change; the operator may move a workspace to another plan. Nothing you created is deleted when a plan changes.

Your content

What you put in the service remains yours. You give the operator the permission needed to store, show and process it to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to upload malware or content you have no right to share, to attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, or to overload or disrupt it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important information (the service lets you export it). To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or loss of data or profit.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. The operator may end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the new version is published here with its date. Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence.
